Ladies and gentlemen!
On behalf of my family, the Board of Director, Staff and Distributors of Lo Hoi Company, I would like to express our deep gratitude for your precious presence here today and joining us in Grand Opening Ceremony of Forever Green Resort.
66 years ago, I was born right at this land and grew up in the arms of love of my Mom. After completing and getting my high-school diploma, I started to get acquainted with trading. Over 40 years of working so hard and being absorbed in business, I have never stopped thinking about the image of my Mom contriving to live with noodle stand of my family, about the memory when I was a child attached to my Mom all the time, and about the words that she taught me: let live for others, for hometown, especially let help the poor, the unlucky. I myself always kept in mind the words she often told me those days, which I have been considered as her last desire, her last wishes left for me when she departed this life: “My dear, our hometown is so poor. I wish I could have been rich so that I could have good condition to help other people and contribute something to our hometown. If you could gain success someday, you should come back to our hometown, contribute a tiny bit to the hometown and help the people here. You should help the children to schools; help them to be free of being poor. Don’t forget this is your hometown, the last resting-place of your ancestors and me as well, and the native place of yours.”
And now, after over 40 years experiencing much difficulty and striving to work, I am able to fulfill my Mom’s wishes in the old days. That’s why I do not hesitate to come back here with a project nurtured of my whole-hearted enthusiasm and affection that is construction the high ranked resort named Forever Green Resort. It is my luckiness to receive the kind support from central and local authorities as well as from the citizens when I come back. They all consider me as a family member and tenderly call me with a familiar name “Co Tam Nhi”. That such precious affection and fervent support have helped me to have good condition to soon begin the construction on the total area of 21 hectare and investment capital of 50 million US dollar. The project is divided into 2 stages and planned to be completed all in 2018.
Ladies and gentlemen! Up to present, the first stage with 60% of the project basically complete with 60 luxury guest-rooms that qualified 4 stars standard, the indoor restaurant that serve indoor party, the outdoor restaurant that serve night feast, the area for teaching cooking and cake making, the relaxation area for honoured guests located on the riverside of Tien river, the common entertainment area, the healthcare and gym area, the children playground that have children-loved servants available to take care, the orchard garden with many kinds of fruits is ready to welcome guests and domestic and international students to visit and study, fishing area, fresh vegetable gardens that experimented and propagated by Japanese Corporation, the breeding area with fresh and clean chickens, fishes, shrimps provided to the restaurants of resort and especially the flower gardens that grow many kinds of flowers for visitors to take pleasure. I have filtered the cultural and architectural quintessence gathered from my business trips through out the world and combined with culture, history and characteristic of the hick of Vietnam to create a particular and specific feature for Forever Green Resort.
Together with our self investment capital, I will also call upon my friends to gather here in dong khoi hometown and invest in many other work to make Forever Green Resort become a complex project that has full capacity to meet all diversified demands on tourist, relaxation, entertainment, visiting and studying about Vietnamese history and culture included: culture exchange, swimming, art performance, physical training, conference center that equipped with high quality equipments to serve many kinds of guests from high-class to popular.
In November, 2014, we will continue with the second stage of the project that builds up the 5 stars hotel with 120 rooms, coconut villa area with 120 bungalows, conference hall with 1000 to 1500 capacity, the seafood restaurant on the riverside at Rach Mieu bridge for domestic and international tourists come and enjoy our special food of our hometown. I will also include in the menu the special and traditional noodle soup of my Mom that is named “hu tiu Ba Chin” as well as the fresh food with vegetable, fish, chicken and shrimp that are bred by ourselves to make sure the hygiene and safe for the food we serve guests. Especially we also equip our own ambulance and healthcare center for emergency needs.
Ladies and Gentlemen! Originate from my Mom’s wishes, be able to go back and contribute to my hometown is a dream that I have nurtured for years, thus all I have said above began from my heart and deep affection. However, to make those dreams and wishes become true, I truly need the support, concern and assistance from all levels of government, the local citizen, from all of you as well as from my friends near and far, from Distributors and all staff of Lo Hoi company. I greatly appreciate all of you for that fine affection and valuable assistance. We also wish to continue to be helped, supported and guided by all of you to improve better and better in the near future. On this occasion, we would like to thank the press agencies for your support and popularize our Forever Green Resort to the tourists everywhere, especially to the students in domestic and oversea.
