Today, we are once again gathered here to congratulate together the teammates who are recognized the new levels in FLP business career. So first of all, I would like to say the warmest greeting to all of you who are present here and I wholeheartedly congratulate Distributors who are recognized the levels of Assistant Supervisor, Supervisor, Assistant Manager and Manager in Success day today!
For those who are recognized today, the level of Assistant Supervisor maybe the 1st achievement of one person, but the others maybe obtain the 2nd or 3rd achievements for the levels of Supervisor, Assistant Manager and much more, I hope that all of you will respect every moments, every minutes that the Company glorified, your friends and your colleagues congratulated like this because this is the great motivation as well as encouragement to help all of you to feel self-confident, steadily step on the journey all of you have chosen. Furthermore, I hope that all of you will not stop your current success but continue to outline the next goals and orientation aimed to further promote the achievements all of you gain today, further develop the higher steps of culmination and being glorified not only one but much more in the major events of the Company.

Our life is a stream flow of time and every moment goes by, we will never return, so we should not waste our time even though it is a very short moment! So how we do that? By making plans and determination to carry out the plans as soon as possible. For example: today we make plan to achieve at least one customer, introduce them to the aloe products and the FLP product business opportunity. You should do that at once, you open your phone directory and call them, invite them to visit your house and make the best use of all of your current condition such as the products you are using, introducing those properties of products and if possible you can give them the products for their test and do not forget to give them your business card together with your invitation or appointment in the soonest occasion. You do like that everyday for one person, one month 30 days, hence all of you will contact 30 person, I am not sure whether those 30 person will contact you again or not but you can hope that 50% of them surely will pay attention to what you introduced and return to contact you and therefore you will have customers.
In your mind, you consider it as a very simple example, however please think that if we accomplish simple things properly, our achievable results will be more valuable compared with what we have planned so high, so perfect and we are impossible to achieve the outcome as our expectation. Therefore, all depends on your attitude of working despite of the complicated or simple levels of plan. If all of you patiently work hard and perseverant, all of you will reap success, and on the contrary, if all of you only wait for and rely on the laborious effort of your teammates, the success will not certainly smile at you or exist in a sustainable way towards all of you.

As plan outlined, the Company will organize several helpful events and programs aimed to cover your spirit and supplement your knowledge to support in the development of your business. In addition, the Company always create all of best conditions for all of you having chance to learn experience from the successful people in both locally and internationally. Hence, on the occasion of Quarter Party program this afternoon, all of you will have chance to meet a well-known and talented orator who comes from Singapore. Even though he is very busy, he comes here to share together with all of you just because he does love FLP products and has good affection to Vietnamese. I hope that he will bring the valuable information and the precious knowledge so as to help all of you to develop and promote your business career.
In conclusion, I would like to stop my speech and leave the stage for the successful Distributors of FLP. Once again, I would like to congratulate all of you and sincerely thank you all Distributors for your valuable attendance, thank you the Organization Board, thank you all for contribution towards the very successful program!
