Today, I am very happy when once again I am in this beautiful and developed port city, especially I am present here to witness the new merits of Aloe family members in the North. A congratulation at this moment perhaps is not enough for your efforts, but I would like to express my warmest compliment to members who are honored on the stage today.
Dear all distributors! As we know, our Central of country once again experienced another historical devastating flood, which has deprived many people’s lives and left serious consequences for the Central compatriots whose daily lives suffered the numerous hardship. Among the unfortunate families, there are also a number of people who were members of the great Aloe family. I myself and the board of Directors of Company sincerely sympathize and compassionate with the hardship of compatriots here in general, and of distributors in particular. Knowing that it is hard to offset their losses, but with all of fervency, the board of Directors of Company together with some distributors as well as the humane hearts around the country have made contributions and sent practical presents to the compatriots. I am very emotional because many members were not afraid of difficulty but enthusiastic to join together with the Company coming to the regions where actually need the relief. On the another hand, I would like to thanks to those who participated in this relief. I also would like to give my blessings to members affected by the last natural disaster that any obstacles will be over, after a storm comes a calm, I wish all of you a stable life soon, gradually overcome those difficulties. I expect that all of you will continue to attach with the great Aloe family, and hope that from this business career, all of you will have the chance to help your family lives to be more stable in the future.
Dear all distributors! As I said, even though all of you have less favorable conditions like our members in the South, during more than the past eight years, all of you incessantly strived your best and gained a great number of high achievements. The board of Directors always acknowledge your great contribution for the FLP career. However, the happiness is still not completed because I know that besides the members who always comply with policies and guidelines of the Company, there are some who still did not perfect themselves in qualification and moral of business. Some of members still did not control themselves, in defiance of occupational immoral deeds just because their immediate greedy, such as enticing members, calling for participants to purchase goods which are not for use or sale, not caring for the downline, and still have the situation of exaggerating products. In addition, according to the record of lecturers, the product knowledge of all of you are still very low, so our customer consultancy is still not effective. On this occasion, I would like to recommend all of you that the FLP career is a long business career, all of you should consider each member of downline as a friend, please try to keep all of your friends and consider their success as yours. Remember that all of you are always their guide, meaning if all of you follow the right direction, all your teammates will also reach the goal of success. In addition, any business are the same, product is mainly the soul of Company, the products knowledge is mainly the most important foundation for all of you. Fortunately, we have a product line, along with its high quality, but all of you still did not make the best use of that strength. From today, I hope that all of you should be highly more concentrated on improving the products knowledge, especially must understand and use them properly. It will not be longer any more as the Law of protecting the right of consumers will be officially issued, in which specifically stipulated on the right of consumers, as well as such deeds as conveying the wrong function of products, obligating consumers to buy goods or any other fraudulent deeds. All of these will be considered as illegal deeds and consumers have the right to start suing or claiming compensation. Hence, this is the time all of you must be serious and highly aware of your responsibility in the approach to your customers.
As I advised all of you, the success of your downline is mainly your success, and your success is mainly the success of ATC. Therefore, I truly hope that all of you always properly follow the orbit in order to reach the permanent success. Once again, I would like to congratulate members recognized the noble titles today. I believe that the badges today will be mainly the sustainable step for higher success in the future. I wish all of you and your family to be healthy and peaceful in your life.
