First of all, I would like to thank you to all of you – The Distributors of Vung Tau city as well as the neighbouring provinces who spent their precious time to attend the anniversary today. Thanks to your great contribution, our anniversary can take place solemnly and cozily.
Dear all of you ! Looking back the 6-year period previously, when the presence of the products of the United States FLP Inc. affirmed its absolute position. The usage of the functional food products, the personal care products and the senior cosmetic products of the Company really did reach for hands of the great deal of families nationwide, and did bring the numerous people the joyfulness when they experienced the high quality of products. Also, from those advantages, the Distributors force got involved the Company has been increasing exponentially, spread throughout the country. They worked hard with an absolute belief in the products and the fair policy. And like other provinces, at that time, Vung Tau city also has a great force of Distributors and a variety of potential customers. In order to target at facilitating your work as well as supporting the customers to have the opportunity in approaching the product lines of FLP easier, the board of Directors made decision to set up the Branch at this beautiful coastal city.
Spending the milestone of 3-year operation, the Branch also brang some constant effects, guaranteed the adequate and regular supply of products for the local distributors and consumers, created the bridge between the Company and the local distributors. However, the board of Directors strictly acknowledged one thing that the Branch has not fully exploited its potential, there are still a lot of weaknesses that should be corrected. Based on the criteria of the Company, the Branch played the role as a microcosm of its parent Company, which means it has fully functions similar to the main Company. However, the Branch currently stops in the supply of products but do not greatly focus on the regular program of training, not to have the professional advisory group of products, may not be impossible to be self-organizing the events and the activities of enhancing the spirit for the Distributors. “The leader is responsible for the fault of its staffs”, the board of Directors seriously agreed weaknesses of the Branch, and the Company will have the official meeting with the Director of the Branch aimed at adjusting better for its upcoming activities. Hope that the beloved members will continue to support and stand side by side together with the Branch, contribute your point of view straightforwardly so that the Branch will operate effectively, because it is mainly the common home of all of you.
Dear all of you ! The time is not longer any more when our great family will celebrate jubilantly the 9th anniversary. For a lifetime, nine years is very young, but long enough for an enterprise to experience and prove its everlastingness and stability. The program of anniversary this year promises to have a lot of meaningful events for all of members. The standard of getting the tickets to participate in this meaningful program has been widely announced. I hope the Distributors in the Vung Tau area will make the best use of this chance in order to reunite together with the Company and the friends throughout the Southern region, hence aim to exchange and share the precious experiences during the operation process of each of members. I hope to see all of you again in that happy day.
