At 2PM November 10th 2008, Rex Hotel, BOD had a meeting with Manager-level Distributors of Lo Hoi. The topic of this meeting was to discuss about the strict resolutions to dumping and Distributors’ pulling – the two problems that caused much imperative to the true Distributors through many years. The Managers had their chance to raise reflections on the realities of the above issues, simultaneously suggested ideas to resolve absolutely these two negative acts.
After more than 3 hours of ebullient discussion, BOD had reviewed the ideas and unified to bring out the approach to tackle strictly and clearly those Distributors who violate the term of Distributors pulling by ending permanently contracts the party who sign the second contract and the one who sponsor that second contract. To dumping issue, the Company will coordinate with Distributors to supervise, monitor and collect evidences; concurrently the Company will implement several other task methods. In case of detection, the Company will end the contract permanently to those Distributors who violate, at the same time report to appropriate legal authorities.
The Meeting ended at 6PM the same day.
