On September 18th 2007, Lo Hoi’s representatives and the leaders of Thien Nhan Charity society visited Rang Dong particular educational School in Hamlet 1, Phong Phu commune, Binh Chanh district, HCM city. This is the School specialize in supporting and nurturing children that have special conditions like born deaf-and-dumb, cerebral palsy, born heart disease… As to witness with our eyes, we can feel all their misfortune. Their eyes were very innocent, but it held no inherent spontaneous look of young children, instead it was an anxious melancholy because of diseases.
Sympathizing with those bad lucks, via charity fund of Thien Nhan Charity society and under witness of local authority and Educational Department of HCM city, Lo Hoi’BOD had granted the scholarship amount of 50 millions Vnd to this special school.
